Autumn Antics

A new academic year began September 20, and with it came a new name for the SIBS Co-op:  the Dundas Valley Junior Co-op, or DVJC.  Fourteen energetic students are already enthusiastically pursuing classes in Drama, Art, and Gym, with Games Time coming at the end of the day this semester.  All courses except Gym continue to run at CLA in Dundas with Gym continuing at St Paul's United Church.  Below is the Fall 2012 schedule of courses.  Enjoy!

The SIBS Art class created several lovely works during the Winter semester and displayed them at the Staircase Theatre during production week of Cinderella.

With Cinderella and the Substitute Fairy Godmother, the SIBS students end the year with another terrific production under their belts.  Pigs and princes, evil step-siblings and less-than-ladylike fairy godmothers presented two sold-out shows at the Staircase Theatre under the inspiring direction of Melanie R.  Many thanks to all who helped make Cinderella such a success and to the student cast for their enthusiastic performances.  See you on stage next year!  Shazam!
